6. Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription:

• You agree to pay all fees according to the pricing plan you select
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

7. Free Credits and Trials

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Chat Bot, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your Content or the content generated by your chatbot

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms:

• You may terminate by closing your account and stopping use of the Service
• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms
